The crossbow enjoys protection in many countries
SWISS LABEL has arranged for a large number of trademarks of origin and commercial trademarks to be registered in national and international trademark protection registers.
For this reason, the crossbow enjoys protection in many countries today.
Swiss value percentage of at least 70 percent
THE SWISS LABEL trademark may only be used for products that have either been manufactured entirely in Switzerland or have been processed here. The value attributable to Switzerland of a product must be at least 70 percent.
This is not the case for the swiss cross.
In general, producers or service providers do not need any authorisation to use the indication of source "Swiss". Therefore, it may be used freely provided that it is correct i.e. that the products or services in question are actually from Switzerland.
